Hope you have found an apartment that you like! Here is more information about what to do next and how things work.
The current residents have signed a lease agreement that converts to month to month after the initial term, therefore apartments only become available for showing around 60 days in advance of a new resident’s expected move in date. Move in dates are typically on the 1st of each month. If you find an apartment that you like, check out the Rates page. The Rates page will actually show a specific month that something is coming available. If your choice does not show a specific month coming available and you are flexible for future move in dates, please give us a call to discuss and your name will be added to the waiting list. Coming available or not, please feel free to call us with any additional questions you may have.
If an apartment is coming available, a showing can be arranged at your convenience.
There is a $75.00 application fee and credit check per occupant.
Once applicants are approved, the lease agreement can be signed. The security deposit is equal to 1 month’s rent due at the signing of the lease.
