The current residents have signed a minimum 12 month lease agreement that converts to month to month after the initial 12 month term, therefore apartments or houses only become available for showing 30 to 60 days in advance of a new resident’s expected move in date. Move in dates are typically on the 1st of each month. If you find an apartment or home that you like, check out the Rates page. The Rates page will actually show a specific month that something is coming available. If your choice does not show a specific month coming available and you are flexible for future move in dates, please give us a call to discuss and your name will be added to the waiting list. Coming available or not, please feel free to call us with any additional questions you may have.

There is a $25.00 application fee and credit check per occupant.
